2. Technical Error: In the event of a technical error leading to double charging, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a full refund if the double charge is confirmed

‘Pickup at Stand’ Service:

Our orders only offer ‘Pickup at Stand’ option, it is essential to inspect the products at our stand before leaving. We cannot accommodate refunds or returns once the fireworks have left our stand due to safety and regulatory considerations.
